for your holiday in Flachau
Good to know
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to vacate the holiday apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
With us you will find sufficient parking spaces for your car as well as storage spaces for motorcycles.
Your stay with us
The following services are already included in your stay:
- Use of the wellness area
- W-Lan in the whole house
- Bed linen, tea towels, hand & bath towels (towels can be exchanged at the reception)
- Consumption of water, electricity & heating
You are welcome to book our rich breakfast buffet or the bread roll service as an additional service.

- Freshly prepared egg dishes
- Butter, cheese spreads, liver spreads
- Cheese platter with various sliced & soft cheeses

In our 150 m² wellness area you can relax all around:
- Finnish sauna
- Steam bath
- Infrared cabin
- Surge shower & 2 cabin showers
- Sunbathing area with 10 loungers
& fresh air area - changing room, WC
- Hair dryer, sauna towels & shower towels for free use
In the winter season the wellness area is open daily from 16.00 - 21.00 o'clock for you, in the summer only with advance notification at the reception.
There are plenty of recreational activities and convenient amenities in the area around our house to help you enjoy a relaxing vacation:
- Garden with playground (1,500 m² traffic-free play area): 2 covered sandboxes of 10 m² each, 2 swings, slide, trampoline, 2 horizontal bars, slackline, bobby cars, go-carts, bicycles for young and old, table tennis table.
- sun terrace & sunbathing area directly opposite the bathing lake with 1.500 m²
- 2 table tennis rooms & 1 table football room
- Luggage & changing room
- Bike cellar, ski cellar with ski boot dryer
- House safe
- The Salzburg Verkehr Guest Mobility Ticket gives you free travel on public transport throughout the province of Salzburg. The ticket is valid for the duration of your stay and can be also used for your journey to the hotel.
- The Salzburger Sportwelt Flachau Card is available free of charge at the Aparthotel am Reitecksee. With it you profit from various reductions in the places of the Salzburger Sportwelt, e.g. on admissions in the Erlebnis-Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt or at the summer toboggan run "Lucky Flitzer" in Flachau.
The use of the bicycles for children and adults is free of charge for our guests.
We are happy to offer our laundry service for an extra charge of € 19,-.
We are happy to provide travel cots, baby baths and high chairs. Should you require infant equipment, please inform us at the time of booking.
Our accommodations are equipped with parquet floors and tiles. Please let us know about this when you make your booking.
Dogs are allowed in the Aparthotel with advance notice. Extra charge: € 16,- per night/pet without food.
Discounts, cancellations & more
The apartment prices do not include the local tax: € 4,10 per night per person over 15 years (incl. the mobility tax).
Registration number acc. Section 10 Salzburg Overnight Accommodations Tax Act: 50408-000104-2020.
To fix your reservation, we ask for a deposit to our account.

You can pay the remaining amount on site either in cash, with EC card or credit card.
The cancellation conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
To save you unnecessary costs and hassle in the event of a cancellation, we recommend that you take out travel insurance, e.g. from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
